Cancellation/Refund Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your in-class training is required for a change of course date or cancellation. No shows will not be eligible for a refund or course date change. A 15-minute grace period is permitted for students who show up late for the class start time, anything beyond that and the student will not be permitted to sit in on the course and must re-register for a future training session.
