Emergency First Aid with CPR/AED Level C in Vancouver is a one-day commitment with skills that last a lifetime and a certificate valid for 3 years.

This course focuses on real emergencies, the kind that require immediate action. Every skill is practiced hands-on using professional training equipment under instructor guidance.
Before helping anyone, you need to protect yourself. You will learn how to quickly check a scene for hazards, assess an injured or ill person, and call for help using the ABCs of first aid and the DRSABCD action plan.
Hands-on practice ensures you can perform correct chest compressions and rescue breaths for any age group. You will learn proper compression depth and rate, two-rescuer CPR, and when to switch.
