You must give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your class to change the date or cancel. If you do not show up, you will not get a refund or a new course date. We allow a 15-minute grace period if you are late. If you are later than that, you will have to re-register for another class.

No prior first aid certification is required. However, you must be at least 16 years old and able to perform the physical tasks in the course.
The WorkSafeBC OFA Level 2 certification is valid for three years. After that, you will need to take a recertification course.
OFA Level 2 is a more detailed, 36-hour course for workplaces that are far from medical help. It covers more advanced skills than the 8-hour OFA Level 1 course. For healthcare workers, knowing the differences is important.
